All our shipments are made by express transport agency. Delivery will be made within 3 to 7 days. The delivery will be made at the agreed address, Monday to Friday (not holidays), from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. In no case will shipments be made to post office boxes.

Except for special promotions, shipping costs are borne by the customer. The shipping cost will be € 10 for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
When confirming the purchase, the user will receive an automatic response confirming the purchase, with an order number. Later, LE MARSHAND SL will send an e-mail to the user informing of the departure of the order from the warehouse. In this e-mail, the shipping number and the customer service number of the transport company will also be provided, so that, in the event of any incident in the delivery, the user can contact the carrier to resolve it.
If at the time of delivery the user is absent, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a second delivery. If after 7 business days from the delivery of the order the delivery has not been arranged, the user must contact LE MARSHAND SL. In case the user does not proceed like this, after 10 business days from the delivery of the order, it will be returned to the warehouses of LE MARSHAND SL and the user will be responsible for the shipping and return costs to the origin of the merchandise, as well as the possible associated management costs. If delivery could not be made due to loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response times of our carriers usually oscillate between one and three weeks. In such cases, LE MARSHAND SL will contact the user to decide whether to cancel the order and pay the amount paid (cost of the products and shipping costs), or to send a new order again, at no additional cost.
At the time of delivery, the user must check the good condition of the package before the transport company that, on behalf of LE MARSHAND SL, delivers the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging . If later, once the product has been reviewed, the user detects any incident such as hit, breakage or any damage caused to it by the shipment, the user must notify LE MARSHAND SL by e-mail within a period of no more than 24 hours, sending the following documents:
· Online order delivery note.
· Copy of the invoice that you will always receive with your order.
· Photograph of the damage suffered.
