PURCHASE RETURNS ARE FREE WITHIN 14 DAYS:

The User will have a period of fifteen days to return the order, counting from the date of delivery. (Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

For the purposes of the PAYMENT of the purchase amount, two cases are distinguished: purchases made in our physical stores and purchases made remotely through our website.

PURCHASES MADE IN OUR PHYSICAL STORES:

The customer will have a period of 15 calendar days, counting from the day of purchase, to make changes or returns. Refunds will always be made through a Gift Card credit that will not have an expiration date. The payment will be made for the same amount of the purchase.
Refunds will only be made in the case of defective products, provided that the defect has not occurred due to misuse.

For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must meet the following requirements:

-The unwanted product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, and must retain its original labeling and packaging.

- The customer must justify the purchase of the product using the original purchase receipt.

ONLINE PURCHASES THROUGH OUR WEBSITE:

Returns are FREE.

The User must ALWAYS communicate their intention to return by email to info@lemarshand.com or by WhatsApp to the phone (+34 661 224 867) indicating the order number, item(s) to be returned and reason for the return. Once the request is accepted, a return label and instructions to follow will be sent to the customer by email.
The customer must send the product, in accordance with the instructions provided, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including everything that was sent with it and its labels in perfect condition.

Once the User has exercised the right of return, LE MARSHAND SL will pay the amount paid by the customer for the returned products by the same means of payment that would have been used for their purchase, within a period not exceeding FIFTEEN days from the date of purchase. receipt of the products, provided that they are in perfect condition and there are no signs of use.

Notwithstanding the above provisions, the right of withdrawal and/or resolution is excluded in those cases in which, due to the very nature of the items being purchased, it is impossible to carry it out.

Under no circumstances will exchanges or returns be accepted for custom-made items, confirmed special orders, limited series or items that have been discontinued.

For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must meet the following requirements:

· The unwanted product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, and must retain its original labeling and packaging.

· The unwanted product must be returned using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received to protect the product, or failing that, in a similar protective box so that the product arrives at our warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees. .

· A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, marking the returned products and the reason for the return.

EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED: In the event that you do not like a product or it is not your size, it is not possible to make an exchange for another item.

In this case you can make a FREE return of the product you do not want and place a new order.
