Import Duties Not Included (DAP)

All international orders are shipped under the DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

This means that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the purchase price.

Any additional charges required by customs authorities or the shipping carrier must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

If the customer refuses to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees and the shipment is returned, LE MARSHAND™ will refund the product amount once the item has been received, deducting the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any additional costs incurred during the import or return process.

Delivery time and costs

All our shipments are made via DHL Express or Standard Shipping, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs and timeline.

With DHL Express, delivery takes place within 2 to 4 business days in Europe and 3 to 7 business days for the rest of the world.

Standard Shipping is a more economical option, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Free shipping is available from a minimum order amount, which varies by destination. You can find all details in our country-specific shipping rates table.

Deliveries are made to the address provided, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
