Shipping your purchases
All our shipments are made by DHL Express. Delivery will take place within 2 to 4 working days in Europe, 3 to 7 working days in the rest of the world. Delivery will be made to the agreed address, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. In no case will shipments be made to PO boxes.

SHIPPING COSTS
Except for special promotions, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are as follows:
- €10 European Territory (free shipping from €150)
- 19€ UK (free shipping over 150€)
- 19€ Scandinavian countries (free shipping from 150€)
- €29 United States and United Arab Emirates (free shipping from €300)
- 39€ Rest of the world (free shipping from 300€)
Upon confirming the purchase, the user will receive an automatic response confirming the purchase, with an order number. LE MARSHAND SL will then send the user an email informing them that the order has left the warehouse. The email will also provide the shipping number and the customer service number of the transport company, so that, in the event of any incident arising during delivery, the user can contact the carrier to resolve it.
If the user is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a second delivery. If after 7 working days from the order being delivered the delivery has not been arranged, the user must contact LE MARSHAND SL. If the user does not proceed in this way, after 10 working days from the order being delivered, it will be returned to the LE MARSHAND SL warehouses and the user must pay the shipping and return costs to the origin of the goods, as well as any associated management costs. If delivery has not been possible due to the package being lost, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response times of our carriers usually range between one and three weeks. In such cases, LE MARSHAND SL will contact the user to decide whether to cancel the order and refund the amount paid (cost of the products and shipping costs), or to send a new order again, at no additional cost.
At the time of delivery, the user must check the good condition of the package before the transport company that, on behalf of LE MARSHAND SL, carries out the delivery of the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If subsequently, once the product has been inspected, the user detects any incident such as a knock, breakage or any damage caused to it by shipping, he/she must notify LE MARSHAND SL by e-mail within a period not exceeding 24 hours, sending the following documents:
· Online order delivery note.
· Copy of the invoice that you will always receive with your order.
· Photograph of the damage suffered.
Once your incident has been registered, our agents will process your claim as quickly as possible, while requesting the collection of the products.
International Shipping:
We ship from our warehouse in Spain, EU. Customs duties/tariffs are not included in the cost of the product or shipping. These fees vary from item to item and country to country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery location, weight and package size.
