Shipping your purchases

All our shipments are made via DHL Express or Standard Shipping, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs and timeline.

With DHL Express, delivery takes place within 2 to 4 business days in Europe and 3 to 7 business days for the rest of the world.

Standard Shipping is a more economical option, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Free shipping is available from a minimum order amount, which varies by destination. You can find all details in our country-specific shipping rates table.

Deliveries are made to the address provided, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

International and Non-EU Orders

Customs duties or customs handling fees are not included in the order price and will be charged directly to the customer by the shipping company or the customs office of the destination country.
