Shipping your order
We prepare every order in our atelier and ship it with tracking — DHL Express or standard delivery, your choice.
Delivery times & carriers
All orders ship with DHL Express (2–4 working days in Europe, 3–7 worldwide) or standard delivery (5–10 working days), the most affordable option.
Free shipping is available from a minimum order value that varies by destination — you will find it on each card.
Import duties & taxes (DAP)
All orders ship from Spain, within the European Union. For deliveries within the EU the price is final: no additional duties or import costs.
For deliveries outside the European Union, orders ship under DAP terms: import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient on delivery.
If payment is refused and the parcel is returned, we refund the product amount minus shipping, return and import costs.
Deliveries Monday to Friday (except holidays), between 10:00 and 19:00. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
