Delivery times & carriers
All orders ship with DHL Express (2–4 working days within Spain, 3–5 to the rest of Europe and worldwide) or standard delivery (5–10 working days), the most affordable option.
Standard delivery is always free within Spain (mainland & Balearics); for every other destination it is free above a minimum order value that varies by country — you will find it on each card.
Customs and import charges
All orders ship from Spain, within the European Union. For deliveries within the EU the price is final: no additional duties or import costs.
