RETURN POLICY

RETURNS OF PURCHASES HAVE A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 15 DAYS:

Once the User has exercised the right of return, LE MARSHAND SL will return the amounts received by means of credit, using the same means of payment, within a period not exceeding thirty days. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the right of withdrawal and/or termination is excluded in those cases where, due to the very nature of the items being purchased, it is impossible to carry out this.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the right of withdrawal and/or termination is excluded in those cases where, due to the very nature of the items being purchased, it is impossible to carry out this purchase.

Under no circumstances will changes or returns be accepted for custom-made items, confirmed special orders, limited series or items that have been discontinued.

For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must meet the following requirements:

· The unwanted product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, and must retain its original labeling and packaging.

· The unwanted product must be returned using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received to protect the product, or failing that, in a similar protective box so that the product reaches our warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.

· A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, indicating the returned products and the reason for the return.

Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. You are responsible for the return process and fees may apply during the return process. Once we have received the returned item, we will issue a refund to you.

Also please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED : If you do not like a product or it is not your size, it is not possible to exchange it for another item. In this case, you can return the product you do not want and place a new order.

PURCHASES IN PHYSICAL STORES

The customer will have a period of 15 calendar days, starting from the date of purchase, to make changes or returns. Returns will always be made through a Gift Card credit that will not have an expiration date. The credit will be made for the same amount as the purchase.
Refunds will only be made in the case of defective products, provided that the defect was not caused by misuse.

For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must meet the following requirements:

· The unwanted product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, and must retain its original labeling and packaging.
