All our shipments are made via DHL Express or Standard Shipping, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs and timeline.

With DHL Express, delivery takes place within 2 to 4 business days in Europe and 3 to 7 business days for the rest of the world.

Standard Shipping is a more economical option, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Free shipping is available from a minimum order amount, which varies by destination. You can find all details in our country-specific shipping rates table.

Deliveries are made to the address provided, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

⏱️ Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation and shipped from our warehouse in Mallorca.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Import Duties & Taxes Not Included (DAP)

All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place).

This means customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the purchase price.

Any additional charges required by customs authorities or the carrier must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.

If the customer refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, or import fees and the shipment is returned, LE MARSHAND™ will refund the product amount once the item has been received, deducting the original shipping costs, return shipping, and any additional costs incurred during the import or return process.

We ship from our warehouse in Spain, EU. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Our pieces are carefully packaged to offer a luxurious experience, as if you were purchasing them in our physical store. Mini jewels come in an elegant pouch, while the rest of our jewelry is presented in an exclusive LE MARSHAND box. Each order is sent inside a LE MARSHAND paper bag, placed inside protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. This attention to detail makes our packaging ideal for gift giving or for a special unboxing experience.

LE MARSHAND uses only top quality, hypoallergenic and nickel-free materials. Depending on the jewel we use the following materials:

• Rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver.
• 925 Sterling Silver plated in 18k/24k Gold.
• 18k/24k Gold plated bronze.
• 18k/24k gold plated solid brass.
• Solid brass plated in 925 Silver.

All our gold plating has a minimum thickness of 1 micron of 18k/24k gold and a maximum thickness of 6 microns of 18k/24k gold depending on the jewel. For more information about the materials of your jewelry, do not hesitate to contact us at info@lemarshand.com

We have made sure that our products are made from the highest quality and most durable precious materials, but, like all plated metals, to keep our pieces looking good for longer, it is best to avoid any harsh chemicals. We recommend drying your item as soon as possible with a cloth towel after getting it wet.

We restock items regularly, but we recommend that you sign up for back-of-stock notifications on the product page so you can be notified as soon as it becomes available again.

Yes, all of our products are hypoallergenic. You can wear your LE MARSHAND pieces all day long, and you'll never have to worry about developing a rash or your skin turning green.

Our products are nickel free.

To request a return, you must log into your account or send us an email at info@lemarshand.com, stating your order number and the required details.

Once the request is approved (within a maximum of 48 business hours), you may send the item back to us. The product must be returned in perfect condition and with its original packaging.

After receiving and reviewing the item, we will proceed with the refund, exchange, or repair, according to the option chosen and in accordance with our returns policy.

You have 14 calendar days from the day following receipt of your order to request a return.

Returns requested outside this period will not be accepted.

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date the item is received at our facilities.

Yes. If you wish to return multiple items from the same order, you may send them together in a single shipment, provided that the return has been requested in advance and all items comply with our returns policy.
