Returns

RETURNS ON PURCHASES HAVE A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 15 DAYS.

The User will have a period of fifteen days to return the order, counting from the date of delivery. (Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

For the purposes of REPAYMENT of the purchase amount, two cases are distinguished: purchases made in our physical stores and purchases made remotely through our website.

ONLINE STORE PURCHASES

Returns are free of charge. The User MUST ALWAYS communicate their intention to return via the return form or by email to info@lemarshand.com, indicating the order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.

Once the return request has been accepted, the User will receive a FREE RETURN label for shipping to the return address of LE MARSHAND.

As soon as the returned product has arrived at our facilities and has been inspected, the refund of the amount spent will be processed. Once the User has exercised their right of return, LE MARSHAND will refund the amounts received via credit through the same payment method, within a period not exceeding thirty days. However, the right of withdrawal and/or cancellation is excluded in cases where, due to the nature of the purchased items, it is impossible to carry out the return.

Under no circumstances will exchanges or returns be accepted for custom-made items, confirmed special orders, limited edition series, or items that have been discontinued. For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must meet the following requirements:

• The unwanted product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original labeling and packaging.

• The unwanted product must be returned using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received to protect the product, or, if not available, a similar protective box to ensure the product arrives at our warehouse in the best possible condition.

• A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, marking the returned products and the reason for the return.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In case you have received a defective item, please contact info@lemarshand.com within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Include the following information:

• Your order number

• Which item is damaged

• A description of the issue

• Photographic evidence

NO EXCHANGES ACCEPTED: If you do not like a product or it is not your size, an exchange for another item is not possible. In this case, you may return the unwanted product and place a new order.

PURCHASES IN OUR STORES

The customer will have a period of 15 calendar days, starting from the date of purchase, to make changes or returns. Returns will always be made through a Gift Card credit that will not have an expiration date. The credit will be made for the same amount as the purchase.
Refunds will only be made in the case of defective products, provided that the defect was not caused by misuse.

For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must meet the following requirements:

· The unwanted product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, and must retain its original labeling and packaging.

· The customer must justify the purchase of the product with the original purchase receipt.
