Returns

RETURNS ON PURCHASES HAVE A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 14 DAYS.

The User will have a period of fourteen days to return the order, counting from the date of delivery. (Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

For the purposes of REPAYMENT of the purchase amount, two cases are distinguished: purchases made in our physical stores and purchases made remotely through our website4

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RIGHT OF RETURN

The right of withdrawal is the customer’s right to cancel the concluded contract by notifying LE MARSHAND™ within the legally established period, without the need to justify their decision and without any penalty, in accordance with the provisions of Article 68 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Likewise, in the event that the customer receives an item that they consider defective, they may request its return for repair or replacement.

As a general rule, all items purchased both through the LE MARSHAND™ online store and at its physical points of sale may be returned, either by exercising the right of withdrawal or because the received item is considered defective.

Exception

The exercise of the right of withdrawal will not be accepted for items made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized (for example, engravings, custom-made pieces, or personalized special editions).

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To process a return, the customer must send an email to info@lemarshand.com, indicating the following details:

  • Order number
  • Order date
  • Customer’s full name
  • Contact phone number
  • Specific item or items to be returned (in the case of orders with multiple products)
  • Reason for the return, if it is due to a defect

Chosen option:

  • Refund via the same payment method used for the purchase
  • Exchange for another item (indicating the desired new item)

Within a maximum period of 48 business hours from receipt of the request, and provided there are no issues with the information supplied, LE MARSHAND™ will notify the approval of the return by email. From that moment, the customer may proceed with shipping the item.

HOW TO PREPARE THE SHIPMENT OF THE ITEMS TO BE RETURNED

The items must be returned:

  • In perfect condition, without signs of use, handling, or damage
  • With their complete original packaging, including box, case, and any accessories
  • Properly protected to prevent damage during transport

It is not necessary to include a specific withdrawal form. It will be sufficient to attach a copy of the order or, failing that, a handwritten note with the details indicated in the return request already sent by email.

The customer may choose the shipping method they prefer, with return shipping costs borne by the buyer, except in the case of defective products or errors attributable to LE MARSHAND™.

If the item shows a defect or if it is an error on the part of LE MARSHAND™, LE MARSHAND™ will assume the return shipping costs.

Once the item has been received, LE MARSHAND™ will send an email confirming receipt.

LE MARSHAND shall not be held responsible for the loss or misplacement of the return package during transit.

TIME LIMIT TO REQUEST A RETURN

The right of withdrawal or return must be exercised within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days, starting from the day following receipt of the order.

Returns outside this period will not be accepted.

On an exceptional basis, and only if a reasonable reason is proven, LE MARSHAND™ may offer the issuance of a voucher for the exchange of the item, in which case no refund of the amount paid will be issued.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF THE RETURNED ITEM

Refund

Once the condition of the returned item has been verified, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following receipt of the item by LE MARSHAND™.

If the requirements set out in the previous section are met, LE MARSHAND will send the user an email confirming acceptance of the return and will proceed to refund the amount of the returned products using the same payment method used for the purchase, deducting the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs.

The original shipping costs will only be refunded in the case of defective or incorrect products.

If the item is not received in perfect condition, does not include all its original components, or shows signs of use, LE MARSHAND™ reserves the right to withhold the refund until the item is received in proper condition or to refund a lower amount, which will be duly communicated to the customer.

Gifts

In the event of the return of an item received as a gift, a voucher redeemable for a period of one year from the date of issue will be provided.

Exchanges

If the customer opts for an exchange, LE MARSHAND™ will send the new piece within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned item, assuming the costs of the new shipment.

If the customer prefers not to choose the new item at that time, a voucher valid for one year will be issued, which may be used at their convenience.

Defective Items

In the event of a defect or damage, LE MARSHAND™ will proceed with the repair or replacement of the item and will resend it within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, assuming all shipping costs.

START RETURN

ONLINE STORE PURCHASES

The customer will have a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of purchase, to make changes or returns. Returns will always be made through a Gift Card credit that will not have an expiration date. The credit will be made for the same amount as the purchase.


Refunds will only be made in the case of defective products, provided that the defect was not caused by misuse.

For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must meet the following requirements:

· The unwanted product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, and must retain its original labeling and packaging.

· The customer must justify the purchase of the product with the original purchase receipt.
