Conditions of purchase
Except for special promotions, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon confirming the purchase, the user will receive an automatic response confirming the purchase, with an order number. LE MARSHAND SL will then send the user an email informing them that the order has left the warehouse. The email will also provide the shipping number and the customer service number of the transport company, so that, in the event of any incident arising during delivery, the user can contact the carrier to resolve it.
If the user is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a second delivery. If after 7 working days from the order being delivered the delivery has not been arranged, the user must contact LE MARSHAND SL. If the user does not proceed in this way, after 10 working days from the order being delivered, it will be returned to the LE MARSHAND SL warehouses and the user must pay the shipping and return costs to the origin of the goods, as well as any associated management costs. If delivery has not been possible due to the package being lost, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response times of our carriers usually range between one and three weeks. In such cases, LE MARSHAND SL will contact the user to decide whether to cancel the order and refund the amount paid (cost of the products and shipping costs), or to send a new order at no additional cost.
At the time of delivery, the user must check the good condition of the package before the transport company that, on behalf of LE MARSHAND SL, carries out the delivery of the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If subsequently, once the product has been inspected, the user detects any incident such as a knock, breakage or any damage caused to it by shipping, he/she must notify LE MARSHAND SL by email within a period not exceeding 24 hours, sending the following documents:
· Online order delivery note.
· Copy of the invoice that you will always receive with your order.
· Photograph of the damage suffered.
Once your incident has been registered, our agents will process your claim as quickly as possible, while requesting that the merchandise be collected from your home or from our warehouses. They will contact you to make another similar shipment, or refund it if the item is out of stock.
Order returns and conditions:
The User will have a period of fifteen working days, according to the official calendar of his/her place of residence, to return the order, counting from the date of delivery of the same. (Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). For these purposes, the User must communicate such intention by email or telephone, indicating the order number, item(s) to be returned and reason for the return. Once the return request has been accepted, the User must return the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including everything that was sent with it and its labels in perfect condition, to the address:

Under no circumstances will exchanges or returns be accepted for custom-made items, confirmed special orders, promotional items, limited series or items that have been discontinued. Return costs are the responsibility of the user, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.
For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must meet the following requirements:
· The unwanted product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, and must retain its original labeling and packaging.
· The unwanted product must be returned using the same protective cardboard box in which it was received to protect the product, or failing that, in a similar protective box so that the product reaches our warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
· A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, indicating the returned products and the reason for the return.
Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. You are responsible for the return process and fees may apply during the return process. Once we have received the returned item, we will issue a refund to you.
Also please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranties:
All our items are handcrafted and checked before being put on sale. As natural materials are used and this is a handcrafted product, there may be small variations between the same item, which is a handcrafted product guarantee. The guarantee covers manufacturing defects only (six-month guarantee). Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the items or wear and tear caused by normal use of the same are not included in this guarantee. IMPORTANT: Any product sent without prior communication with llemarshand.com will not be accepted under any circumstances. No matter how obvious the situation may be, it is necessary to contact us before any shipment. The shipping costs for sending the product to llemarshand.com will always be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will be informed at all times of the cost of the repair before making any decision.

In the event that you have received a defective item, please contact info@lemarshand.com within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please include the following information:
