Gold Plated Jewelry Maintenance

- Jewelry can get wet, however, avoiding contact with water will make the gold plating on your jewelry last longer.

- Avoid contact with chemicals: soaps, perfumes, cleaning products, etc...

- Do not leave jewelry exposed for a long time to the sun.

- Important note about the contact of the jewels with sweat: In general, contact with sweat does NOT damage the jewel, but we want to warn you that, on very rare occasions and exceptionally, there are people who have a more aggressive PH than The normal thing that will cause the gold plating to last very little and in that case, unfortunately, nothing can be done.

- Jewelry can be cleaned with any gold or silver cleaning product or with a simple cloth with soapy water.

- An adequate maintenance/use of the jewel guarantees a longer duration of the gold plating. In any case, after the years, once the gold plating wears off, the jewel can be plated again in gold.
