• Rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver.
• 925 Sterling Silver plated in 18k/24k Gold.
• 18k/24k Gold plated bronze.
• 18k/24k gold plated solid brass.
• Solid brass plated in 925 Silver.

All our shipments are sent either via DHL Express or by Standard Shipping, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs and delivery timeframe.

With DHL Express, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days within Europe and 3 to 7 business days to the rest of the world.

Standard Shipping is a more economical option, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Free shipping is available from a minimum order value, which varies depending on the destination. You can find all details in our shipping rate table by country.

Deliveries are made to the address provided from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 10:00 and 19:00.

Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available.

Import duties and taxes not included (DAP).

This means that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the purchase price.

Any additional charges required by customs authorities or the shipping carrier must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.

If the customer refuses to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees and the shipment is returned, LE MARSHAND™ will refund the product amount once the item has been received, deducting the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any additional costs incurred during the import or return process.

• Jewelry can get wet, however, avoiding contact with water will make the gold plating on your jewelry last longer.
• Avoid contact with chemicals: soaps, perfumes, cleaning products, etc.
• Do not leave jewelry exposed to the sun for long periods of time.
• Important note about jewelry coming into contact with sweat: In general, contact with sweat does NOT damage the jewelry, but we would like to warn that, on very rare and exceptional occasions, there are people who have a more aggressive pH than normal which will cause the gold plating to last very little and in that case, unfortunately, nothing can be done.
• Jewelry can be cleaned with any gold or silver cleaning product or with a simple cloth with soap and water.
• Proper maintenance/use of the jewellery ensures that the gold plating lasts longer. In any case, after a few years, once the gold plating disappears, the jewellery can be gold plated again.

Care of RIVIERE Bracelets and Necklaces:

The RIVIERE Collection is made of 925 Sterling Silver and the highest quality cubic zirconia, giving it an extraordinary diamond-like brilliance.

925 Silver is a precious yet delicate metal that should be treated with proper care to avoid imperfections or breakage. Therefore, it is recommended to:

• Remove jewelry when sleeping, playing sports, or engaging in any activity that could cause friction or impact on the jewelry.
• Do not bend the chain when opening or closing, as the Silver settings can loosen and break.
• Avoid snagging on clothing, as a strong pull could break the setting.

By following the care instructions, the jewelry from the RIVIERE Collection will become a lifetime piece.

The jewelry is delivered in perfect condition, and the responsibility for proper care and maintenance lies solely with the customer, except in cases where, after inspection by the Technical Team and within the warranty period, it is determined that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. In such cases, the company will be responsible for repair or replacement, as determined by the Technical Team.

Cleaning Recommendations:

You can clean your jewelry with any suitable product for Silver or, alternatively, with a cotton cloth and some warm water and mild soap. Likewise, you can gently brush the stones (front and back) with a small brush using water and mild soap to maintain their brilliance as on the first day.
