LE MARSHAND only uses premium, hypoallergenic and nickel-free materials: rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver, 925 silver plated in 18k/24k gold, and solid brass plated in 18k/24k gold. Every plating has a minimum thickness of 1 micron of 18k/24k gold, and generally 3 microns of 18k/24k gold - the highest quality in gold plating.

Warranty. All our pieces are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. If your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, we repair or replace it at no cost: email help@lemarshand.com with your order number and a photo.
Returns. You have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to request a return or exchange. The item must come back unused and in its original packaging; return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once received and checked, we process the refund to your original payment method.

Who pays the import costs outside the EU?+
Customs duties, taxes and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping. They vary by destination country and are the customer's responsibility. If the charges are refused and the parcel comes back to us, we refund the price of the jewellery minus the outbound shipping, the return and any import costs the courier bills us.
What is the return period?+
You have 14 calendar days from the day after receiving your order to request a return.
How do returns work?+
Request it from your account or email us at help@lemarshand.com with your order number. Once approved (max. 48 working hours), send us the item in perfect condition and with its original packaging. After we review it, we proceed with the refund, exchange or repair.
Are they safe for sensitive skin?+
Yes, all our products are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. You can wear them all day without worrying about reactions.
When do you restock a sold-out item?+
We restock items regularly. We recommend signing up for the back-in-stock alert on the product page to be notified as soon as it's available again.
Jewellery care +
Your jewellery can get wet, but avoiding water prolongs the plating. Avoid contact with perfume, soap and chemicals, and don't leave it in the sun for long. Clean it with a soft cotton cloth, lukewarm water and mild soap. Good care extends the life of the gold plating.

Most of our necklaces sit in the classic range and many are extendable (for example, from 40 to 45 cm).
Tip: measure a necklace you already wear, or use a piece of string and a ruler.
Measure your wrist with a tape measure (or a piece of string you then measure) and add 1–1.5 cm of ease. Many of our bracelets are adjustable.
